ABSTRACT
Direct forms of communication between policy makers an opportunity to look at
their communication behavior. TV debate is a special case of the interaction face to
face. It gives an opportunity to learn not only the political agendas of candidates, the fixation of their images, but also shows the image of the personality of politicians,
the nature of the relationship which is created between the interlocutors. Spectators
are observers of mutual goodwill or unwillingness, sometimes confrontation or
even aggression. The debate is an opportunity to look at politicians as individuals
in mutual relationships.
