The article analyzes the results of the general elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
which took place in October 2022, as well as their consequences for the political situation
in this country. Key aspects of electoral law were also discussed, with particular emphasis
on provisions limiting human and civil rights on the basis of ethnicity, which is the result
of the solutions adopted in the Dayton Peace Agreement in 1995.
