ABSTRACT
The evolution of policy in present postmodermistic world follows. It is connected
with deep social transformations – political as well as cultural. Of course we cannot
forget about the growing role of medias, which affect citizens life and cause the
domination of marketing in politics. This process calls postpolitics.
After 1989, for ten years at least, polish political scene was full of disputes and
debates, concerning the best model of transformation. Situation started changing,
at the beginning of XXI century, when the principal aims of transformations were
reached and the social fatigue began growing. The society more and more desired
the quiet, prosperity and detaching from political conflicts.
This process was easy to observe, in extraordinary presidential election in
2010 year which held in the unique atmosphere, after sudden death of President,
Mr. Lech Kaczyński. This atmosphere had a great influence on electoral campaign
of all candidates, especially on campaigns of two main candidates. However disputes
and conflicts in polish policy did not end. The election only escalated them. (come
to the end). It is necessary to conduct many reforms in Poland. However they must
be implemented, based on well-prepared programs and political bravery. Therefore
it seems, that the conflict between ideology and political programs still exists.
