The analysis focuses on the system of Parliamentary Investigative Committee.
The paper reveals that the Committee is an extraordinary means of parliamentary
control over the public authorities. And it should be appointed only when other
instruments of shaping the country’s political reality are failing and can not produce
the desirable effects because of their limited ability to influence.
It is also being proved in the work, that the sense of the Investigative Committee is
to be a supplement to and not to replace other available tools that the Parliament
is having to control phenomena and political processes.
