ABSTRACT
The article is focused on the political position of secret services in the Belarus. The
author draws relations between them and the constitutional organs of state power,
ie. The President, the Government, Parliament, prosecution and courts. The thesis
of article is that the secret services are fully subordinated to the President and the
head of the KGB is actually the second person in the country, more important
politically than the Prime Minister or the ministers.
