ABSTRACT
Transnational approach, also called as transnationality or transnationalism, serves
to the illumination of the creature and forms of interactions among large social
groups, as political parties, organized labour unions, social movements, occupational
categories etc. which undertook the activity in the international environment,
developing from the national level networks above state-structures. The aim of
the article is to present a theoretical-methodological proposal for analyzing the
increasing role of transnational organizations and associations that by force of their
influence showed arena of deliberation and political dialogue in the area of decisionmaking
processes in the institution of European Union and member states.
