ABSTRACT
According to Zbigniew Bauman the solids of modernity have been melted by fluid
elements. Due to the acquisition of characteristics of fluidity modernity has passed
into a phase of post-modernism. One of that solids of modernism, the policy, has
been affected by fluid elements, surrounded and diluted. Traditional politics in
Bauman’s metaphor also became fluid, and so postmodern. According to U. Beck
it became subpolicy and many of modern call it post-policy. In the discussion
about frontiers of politics man cannot miss C. Schmitt’s thought concerning the
notion o politics. The key terms – fluidity and dispersal – combine concepts of
both Baumann and Schmitt.
