ABSTRACT
The aim of the article is to verify the opinion upon media manipulative character
in the sphere of forming social attitudes and electoral behavior. Political decision
process were analyzed in the light of media’s social functioning. The research has
showed that communication process on line media – receivers contains manipulation
marks. However the manipulation techniques were employed selectively and only
in some domains.
