ABSTRACT
Starting from the assumption that modern political communication operates in
permanent campaign mode, the author points out the characteristics of the period
between the elections and the period preceding the election. Author focuses on
presenting the specifics of the pre-election campaign, outlines the strategies and
mechanisms for applying the tools of political communication in this period.
