This study has been divided into two parts. First part contains the definition
of e-government and a chronological presentation of documents adopted by the
authorities of European Union and Poland, crucial to the process of its creation.
Second part is devoted to the methodological assumptions of the study on
e-government in Poland carried out as a part of the “Governance in Transnational
Space” research project.
