STRESZCZENIE
The article deals with the issues of the inevitability of digitalization processes in all spheres of public and state life, including the legal sphere. It is noted that digitalization in the legal sphere, in particular in judicial activity, has its own specifics, conditioned by the peculiarity of the implementation of justice, ensuring human rights and personal inviolability. The article analyzes the main directions of digitalization of legal activity in Uzbekistan, considers their development in certain sub-areas. The article also emphasizes that the process of digitalization, being quite complex, causes the need to develop digital consciousness and digital culture not only for civil servants, but also for the whole society.
