ABSTRACT

The article is about special aspects and difficulties with realization of separation of powers principal in modern Russia. The author believes that the main guarantee of this principal is the strong and permanent political opposition and competing. Their absence in Russia is the main reason of the checks and balances system inefficiency. The author is analyzing different aspects of three power branches cooperation, and is proposing some solutions to improve the legislation in this sphere.
