THE DYNAMICS OF THE QUALITY OF THE ELITE IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERNIZATION
OF THE CONTEMPORARY RUSSIAN SOCIETY

By the example of Central Federal District of the Russian Federation the dynamics of the changes of political, economic and social-cultural segments of the elite group in the conditions of modernization processes in Russia are viewed. Special attention is paid to such factor as a type of economic development of the federal subject. The article is based on the results of the researches carried out within a framework of the Federal targeted programme “Scientific and Scientific-Pedagogical Personnel of the Innovative Russia” for 2009–2013.

Program "Rozwój Czasopism Naukowych"
Czasopismo naukowe «Studia Politologiczne» uzyskało dofinansowanie z Ministerstwa Edukacji i Nauki w ramach programu „Rozwój Czasopism Naukowych” (projekt numer RCN/SN/0713/2021/1). Wysokość otrzymanego dofinansowania wynosi 79 607 zł. Celem projektu jest realizacja działań zmierzających do podniesienia poziomu praktyk wydawniczych i edytorskich, zwiększenia wpływu Czasopisma na rozwój nauki oraz dalszego zwiększania prestiżu Czasopisma w międzynarodowym obiegu naukowym. Okres realizacji projektu wynosi 24 miesiące.
