DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE’S STRATEGY TOWARDS THE CIS FOR PERIOD 2010–2017

The article considers the development of Ukraine’s strategy towards the CIS for the period from 2010 to 2017. In this process, author identifies two periods: the cadenza of V.F. Yanukovich (2010–2014) and the presidency of P.O. Poroshenko (since 2014). In the conclusions it is ascertained that during the considered period of time the post-Soviet region lost its priority for Ukraine. Such a result was achieved through Ukraine’s refusal to pursue a policy of balancing between the EU and post-Soviet countries.

Czasopismo naukowe «Studia Politologiczne» uzyskało dofinansowanie z Ministerstwa Edukacji i Nauki w ramach programu „Rozwój Czasopism Naukowych” (projekt numer RCN/SN/0713/2021/1).
